  • How Much?Females should aim for at least 100 grams of protein per day, and males should aim for at least 150 grams. A more personalized guideline is to consume 1 gram of protein per pound of your ideal body weight.

  • Why It Matters:Protein helps you recover after workouts, maintain lean muscle, and keep your metabolism running strong. It also stabilizes blood sugar, helping to curb cravings.
